A Bucket Full of Particles
2012
We probably all remember the molecular structural models from our chemistry lessons in school. Black, white and red wooden balls connected with wooden sticks.
Unfortunately, I can't remember all the codes and combinations any more. What I always loved abouth them was their aesthetics.
On a sunny afternoon I met with a chemist and in her presence I constructed purely aesthetic molecules without having a clue what they could be or mean. She than checked the code of my constructions and told me what they are.
A) 1-Methoxy-3-methylen-cyclopentan (C7H1O)
B) 2-Propenal (C3H4O)
C) Oxo-Butandial (C4H403)
